YOGA STYLES
Flow Yoga (Vinyasa)
A dynamic yoga practice, linking breath and movement. This yoga style moves through flow sequences that are physically challenging, building core strength and stamina whilst improving flexibility. A movement meditation.
Slow Flow Flowing soft sequences that are gentle. Great for the very end of the day to unwind.


Gentle Yoga (Hatha)
In gentle yoga you take the time to feel your body move, a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. It's the midway, where there is equilibrium and harmony in every pose. You perspire in a few poses and not at in others, but the feeling of bliss is constant.

Yin Yoga
A healing and spiritually enriching class, incorporating beautifully guided meditation.
Mainly based on the floor, Yin yoga is a slow and gentle practise with each gentle pose being held for a longer length of time (2 - 5mins) allowing one to go with-in for a truly calming and relaxing experience.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga practice is designed to encourage the natural release of held tension and stress in body and mind. Be guided with luxurious resting postures and meditation. Blankets and other props are used to support your body, allowing gentle supported stretching and healing.
Fusion Yoga
Fusion yoga classes blend difference styles of yoga, a mix of dynamic and strengthening postures combined with some gentle and flowing practices. Make the connection with body, mind and breath and feel the magic happen in the process.
